Hi, y’all! Emmett had her first Halloween and completely failed at the actual trick-or-treating… but she nailed being an adorable Bullseye (who is actually a boy?! Whatever. It’s fine. We’re fine.) 🤣 We kept it simple and went trick-or-treating around our neighborhood with our family and a couple friends. I’ve always loved Halloween – getting dressed up, seeing the kiddos, eating the candy… all of it. This year I noticed that this holiday brings a certain amount of fellowship to communities and I officially love that most! After all, we live in an age where it’s easy to shoot a DM to check-in with friends and where we reach for our phones during downtime no matter if we’re alone at home or in line at the grocery store so it’s just nice to engage with neighbors, friends and strangers. Plus, it’s a fun night!
Now that Halloween is behind us, can we all just give a hallelujah that it’s finally November?! And maybe another because it’s finally appropriate to bust out holiday tees?!
