4th of July Outfits That Are Stylish AND Patriotic!

Hi, y’all! Independence Day is just around the corner and I’m here to bring you 4th of July outfits that are stylish AND patriotic. Just like most people this year, we’ve had to cancel a vacation due to COVID19 and I’m more than ready to get away for the upcoming long weekend.

The 4th is one of my favorite holidays because it always involves sun tanning, fireworks, time with family and some patriotic outfits. Let me be clear though – “patriotic” doesn’t have to mean loud and proud red, white and blue stars and stripes all over my outfit! I love to show patriotism but also like doing it in a stylish way. I do this by picking a bold color for my top or bottoms and pairing that with a neutral or white piece. Or I’ll throw on a red or blue statement accessory – whether that be a hat, earrings or shoes – to bring some patriotism to a neutral outfit. Here are 4 more ideas to get your independence day outfits started!

I was looking for some that I could wear beyond just the holiday weekend and saw that PinkBlush, an online boutique that sells both maternity and non-maternity clothing, had a few options perfect for balancing patriotism and style. You can shop my red, white and blue paisley dress here and my navy dress here. Below are some more options for you!

Ever since moving from Canada to the States and becoming a naturalized citizen, I’ve loved celebrating the U.S. with beach days and fun outfits. I hope that you’re walking away with some ideas for your 4th of July outfits!! Have a great day!
