Hi, y’all! It’s that time again – we officially packed up our hospital bag. I pretty much based this list off what I *actually* used from when I delivered Emmett. Click here to see my first hospital bag packing list!
When I was planning my list for this time around, I viewed the stay as a “weekend getaway” and also checked out other blogs with hospital bag packing lists for ideas. At the end of the day I needed the same stuff that I always pack – clothes, shower items, makeup, shoes, wallet, phone and charger.
Of course, I also had to pack for Kaiser but it’s really not THAT much. I packed his stuffed animal, clothes that I want to take photos of him in, diapers and wipes in case I need them at the hospital or on the way home and a pacifier. I’m not stressed about not having enough because the hospital has pretty much everything I’ll need for baby – diapers, wipes, bathing products, a blanket, a hat and more!
One more thing that I’m for sure bringing this time that I didn’t last time is a blanket and pillow for both Bryan and I. Our hospital ran out of blankets last time and I think Bryan just about froze to death one night. SO WE AIN’T DOING THAT AGAIN!
Scroll down for a bulleted list of everything I’m bringing in my hospital bag along with links to some of my favorite products! There is also a checklist at the end of the blog post in case you want to save for reference 🙂
