Hi there! Today I went shopping at Target for some workwear items and it’s not just because I’m finding goodies for y’all………….. it’s because I GOT A PART-TIME JOB **cue confetti** I’ll tell you more about it soon, but for now just know that it’s within social work and my training begins next week. Please, please, please pray that I make it through the day away from my baby with minimal tears!
Since I’ve donated a lot of my work clothes and it’s been a good while since I had to dress in business casual, I hit up Target for a couple pieces. I didn’t get all of these but did love them all! A girl has to stay within the budget – ya know??!
I focused on trying on items that are both fashionable and fit for a business casual setting. Some of the pieces are a bit more casual but you can dress those up by pairing them with dressier pieces such as heels or a blazer. I hope that this roundup helps with inspiring some of your workwear. Remember, it’s all about being comfortable, creative and YOU!
Love y’all and can’t wait to share more about my new job soon!
Links to every item are in the first section and outfit photos linked directly to the corresponding LIKEtoKNOW.it post (which you can also shop!) are in the second section. Both options get you to the items. Enjoy!
